We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase.
Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition, and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund, except for items damaged by the shipping carrier.
The 15 day window is calendar days and is calculated from the date the package was marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Request your Return Label by emailing contact-us@dutyuniform.com, or calling 1-800-554-2417. Be ready to provide a detailed reason for the return and pictures of the product that supports your reason, if requested. Sometimes, we may not even request the item back and will process your refund. Upon approval you will be emailed the return label in pdf format. This will contain the address of the closest warehouse where you can ship the product you would like to return. We will pull all required information for your order and can check if the item was never delivered, in which case we will approve the refund.
Once the item has been marked shipped by the carrier, Duty Uniform assumes responsibility for the package, we will email you the return tracking number in an automated message, but refunds are not processed until we have received and inspected the package for the items.
Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Reasons for disapproved Returns & Refunds
Duty Uniform reserves the right to deny a refund for the following reasons:
Unrealist history of returns.
Items consistently returned damaged and destroyed.
The carrier has marked the package as delivered.
We review these Returns & Refunds on a case-by-case basis.
