Shipping Policy for Duty Uniform
- Order Processing: All orders are shipped within 0-2 business days.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Holidays Observed by Duty Uniform: Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day (July 4).
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship orders only within the United States, U.S. territories, and military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. International orders are not currently accepted.
- Shipping Cost: All orders, regardless of size, qualify for free standard shipping.
Carrier and Service Selection
The carrier and shipping service are selected by Duty Uniform and based on the following priorities, in order:
- Speed of Delivery - Priority is given to the fastest available standard shipping service.
- Price - When comparable delivery speeds are available, the lower-cost option will be selected.
Shipping methods are selected first to provide the best overall customer experience and, where multiple options meet these criteria, to serve the best interests of Duty Uniform.

Transit times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Duty Uniform's control.
