These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Duty Uniform’s website at https://www.dutyuniform.com and any purchases made from this site. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our other policies which are incorporated by reference (our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the website or place orders.

"We", "us", or "Duty Uniform" means Duty Uniform (the operator of our website). "You" means the user or customer. "Products" means any goods offered for sale on the Site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices displayed on the Site are presented in USD unless otherwise indicated. We accept the payment methods shown on the Site. You represent and warrant that (a) you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) you provide; and (b) the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Shipping follows our Shipping Policy. We provide tracking for all shipments and list the carriers and services used for each destination. Shipping rates, carriers, delivery timeframes, and methods are described on the Shipping Policy page and apply to the order at checkout.

Duty Uniform is located in the State of California, United States of America. According to California Regulation 1700:

California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA), Regulation 1700: “The sales tax is imposed upon the retailer. The retailer may collect reimbursement for the tax from the consumer, but is not required to do so.” California Revenue & Taxation Code § 6052: "…the retailer may add to the sales price an amount as reimbursement for the tax.”

Therefore, Duty Uniform pays the sales tax, deducted from the sale cost, to reimburse the State of California for sales and use tax, and exercise our options to not pass on a "separate", marked sales tax fee to the customer.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy describes the procedure for returns or exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must follow the return steps described in that policy. Custom or personalized orders are only eligible for return if the mistake is our error.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where there is evidence of misuse, unusual patterns of returns, or fraud. Refund timing and processing details are described on the Returns & Refunds Policy page.

Prices may not include applicable taxes. Where required by law, sales tax will be added at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that apply to international orders.

If you purchase through any third-party marketplace or platform where Duty Uniform lists products (including Google services), the marketplace’s additional terms may apply. We will still process shipping, returns, and refunds according to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy unless otherwise directed by a marketplace agreement.

We attempt to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. Products are subject to availability; we may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and code, is owned or licensed by Duty Uniform and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Site without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue there.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will update this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
